When the owner of a Toledo based chain of pizza parlors wanted someone to create his Florida dream home, we were honored to deliver. The result is our largest Cape Coral home to date - three floors and 12,000 sq. ft. of imaginative living spaces made to order. It’s complete with an indoor/outdoor bar, theater room, and four kitchens. The outdoor kitchen not only has a grill but a pizza oven too. It’s a prime example of how we thoughtfully infuse the owner’s personality into every custom home we create, making it truly a slice of the good life.
